The owner of Ortospina and the visionary behind the center we have today
Marin Dragičević
Marin Dragičević, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka in 2008.
Engaging in sports, as well as occasional injuries sustained while playing, gave Marin insight into the world of physiotherapy and movement therapy, which led him to pursue a career as a physiotherapist.
After completing an internship and working in two private physiotherapy centers, he decided to open Ortospina in 2013.
The desire to help reduce pain and improve the quality of life of his clients motivated him to continuously improve, becoming a physiotherapist with exceptional theoretical and practical knowledge in solving problems of the musculoskeletal system.
His patience, thorough assessment of the condition, knowledge and skillful hands are qualities that instill confidence in patients.
He is a therapist who has gathered a team of professionals at Ortospina with whom he enjoys working and whom he guides to be better in their fields, making the quality of the center recognizable in Rijeka and the surrounding area.
Since 2018, he has occasionally followed the Croatian rowing team in their successes, and he is proud of his contribution and work in elite sports.
The center bases its work on educations in manual techniques: Maitland Concept (level 3, Zagreb), Mulligan (level C, Mostar), Fascial Manipulation (level 4, Padova), Cyriax (level 4 and exam, Zagreb), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization – DNS (Prague, level C).
These techniques and knowledge gained through work and experience are the foundation of the center’s success resulting in satisfied clients.
