
Jelena Cvitan
Jelena has been part of our team since 2020. She graduated from physiotherapy studies in 2012. She worked as an intern in the field of orthopedic medicine and since then has been gaining experience in various centers using manual techniques and kinesitherapy, individually and in groups.
Her training began with the Emmett Technique, founded by Emmett therapists. She applies the technique daily in her work because it is gentle, safe, and simple. Recently, she has been using the Mulligan Concept – a mobilization technique combined with active patient movement, which she considers an ideal way to address pain.
She is educated in the field of fascia, in the form of myofascial relaxation and work on oscillators – Mstr.
he center utilizes DNS – a rehabilitation method through individual and group programs.
She takes a holistic approach to the patient, understanding the importance of communication, carefully listening to their complaints and feelings, and based on this, assesses and diagnoses. For successful therapy, she emphasizes the importance of the patient’s active participation in the rehabilitation process. She plans to continue her education in differential diagnosis and manual techniques.
