Initial Patient Consultation<\/h2>\n

During this session, the physiotherapist evaluates the patient\u2019s condition and develops a rehabilitation plan aimed at achieving mutual goals.<\/p>\n

The patient’s medical history (anamnesis) provides essential insight into the duration and onset of symptoms, the nature and location of pain, as well as any contributing factors such as occupation, hobbies, or trauma. In addition to the subjective information provided by the patient, we conduct objective clinical tests relevant to the condition. These tests can be compared with any diagnostic results the patient brings. Following a thorough process of listening, discussing, testing, and goal-setting, we determine the appropriate therapy tailored to the specific issue and the individual patient.<\/p>\n

In subsequent sessions, we reassess clinical tests and adjust the treatment plan as needed. Once all clinical tests yield negative results and the patient’s subjective condition has improved, we transition to targeted exercises and preventative measures to ensure the issue does not recur.[\/vc_column_text]
