Petra Komar<\/h2>\n

<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1729669794626{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka in 2011.<\/p>\n

For the past 7 years, which she spent abroad (Ireland, Dublin), she has been working mainly in the field of orthopedic and sports medicine, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal problems.<\/p>\n

She joined Ortospina in 2021.<\/p>\n

She began honing her physiotherapy skills 10 years ago through manual therapy, including various manipulative and mobilization techniques for joints and the spine. (Mulligan, Cyriax)<\/p>\n

She has completed advanced training in Dry Needling, which she has been using for years to reduce pain and muscle tension, and is introducing it as a new service at Ortospina. She is also familiar with the basics of medical acupuncture, which she often combines with Dry Needling techniques for muscle relaxation at trigger points.<\/p>\n

In recent years, she has developed a greater interest in rehabilitation, and believes that movement and exercise are the only long-term solutions for managing chronic pain and preventing injuries.<\/p>\n

She is educated in the principles of Pilates, yoga, and HIIT training.<\/p>\n
